The couple of weeks since our last update there has been a lot to report. We have begun work on a very big brand website which will offer some excellent functionality and design. We at AWD, cater for all sizes of websites from the local Hertfordshire based businesses right up to large corporate sites or big brands. Our skill set over the years has proved we are able to virtually achieve anything in the web design industry. We have virtually no restrictions as our staff are extremely skilled in achieving clients’ requirements. On top of that we are competitive in our pricing which makes us the number one choice.

It has been a busy few month here in our offices at AWD with a number of new websites launched. The second quarter of 2012 shows no sign of stopping with many other sites coming online very shortly. We will also be starting a very “hush, hush” project next week.

Olympic Torch Comes to HertfordBy Richard

The Olympic Torch Relay will be going straight past the Advanced Web Designs office here in Hertford on Saturday 7th July 2012. The route sees the Torch being taken down Fore Street at 10.15am after coming up from Cheshunt. The route then goes on to Ware, Bishop’s Stortford and beyond.

We have always believed in a purely bespoke Content Management platform and over the years our CMS has proved itself. Now in its 3rd revision, our CMS is fully customisable and can cater for a large range of projects from small websites to the large corporate sites with specialist features. Version 3 is now live and is currently in use on our latest project launches. The innovation does not stop there. We are already making early plans for CMS 4 later in the year as well as numerous updates to the version 3 platform in the coming months.

The much talked about iPad 3 is due for announcement tomorrow. Apple has set a press conference for the highly anticipated mobile device. It’s been over a year now since the last version and people are ready to starting to get excited about the device. Apple have been known to cause a big stir with every news conference they announce especially as it indicates a new product launch.
